MARCH 2008 Dumaguete, Philippines trip

The return trip to the Philippines.  John, Brent and Dave trying to repeat the successful trip of 2007.  The diving in Dumaguete is better than Puerto Galera.  We saw incredible fields of pristine coral reefs, wild and unusual critters and fish, and a different part of the country of the Philippines than we had seen before.  The resort was fun, the people were great, and the weather was good.  The biggest problem we encountered was our clumsy itinerary which took 37 hours to get to the resort and 49 hours to return.  We had a few hours on the return trip to take a short tour of Hong Kong and an unplanned stay in LA, too.  Hong Kong was cool.  LA was not.
At times it seemed we spent half the trip on planes
Once we got there, the resort was pretty cool
